I am subletting my nice 2 room apartment close to Central Station from 03.08. to 17.08.24, as I won’t be in Hamburg for that time.
The apartment is on top of the building on the 4th floor, with 2 nice balconys and a view to the Water.
There is a living room with a big couch, big screen TV and stereo system. The bedroom contains a 180cm wooden bed and a desk with office chair for remote work. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine and a dishwasher, a dining table and access to the balcony.
I will leave some of my personal things in the apartment, so I am asking you to respect my privacy during your stay.
Die S Bahn Station Veddel ist 3 Minuten entfernt. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, es sind nur drei Stationen bis zum Hauptbahnhof. Supermarkt, Pizzaria, Apotheke, Friseur, Café und Kneipen, Gemüsehändler sind um die Ecke. Das Reihersteigviertel mit etlichen Restaurants und Bars mit Bus oder Rad schnell zu erreichen.
The apartment is located in Veddel, close to The next train station. within 4 minutes walking. To Sternschanze within 15 minutes by train. Only 3 Stopps to Central Station. The apartment is nice and quiet, perfect for one or two people, while located in close proximity to numerous bars, restaurants and shops in Wilhelmsburg/Reihersteigviertel.
