Moin ! Below is some information about myself and family :
1. I am from India and need the apartment for 3 people : myself(33), wife (29) and son (3)
2.Working with an IT firm and living in Hamburg on a work visa/deputation/ICT on a long employment contract
3.Need a furnished apartment from mid apr / may start for a long term stay
4.Need Rent Agreement to process visa for family hence can book it now itself at earliest after the appointment to view the place.
5.Everyone of us is a non smoker.
6.We come from a good background so would keep the place tidy,take care of the house, and maintain peaceful living with neighbourhood.
Kindly let me know if anything else is needed from my side and if it's feasible to book an appointment for viewing of the apartment.
Will make payment once viewing the apartment in person.
