We are renting out our beautiful flat which is perfectly located in the city centre with excellent access to local transport, shopping facilities and nighlife lications.
The flat is offered as a full package witha all services included (utility bills, internet etc) with no additional costs involved. Therefore 1400 in total.
The flat comes with a fully equipped kichen will all amenities to feel home and enjoy cooking, including coffee makers, blender, dishwasher etc.)
The bathroom is fully renovated with a spacious modern shower and washing machine.
There is a large couch to relax and watch movies (beamer to set up your laptop or Mac too). Speakers to connect your smart phone for your music).
Double bed, storage space as well as bedsheets offered (if needed). Towels also available.
The balcony boosts a gas grill and an outdoor sofa for relaxation.
All in all a cosy oasis in the city centre. We are looking for a person who enjoy her or his stay and feel home. In return we are expecting care and respect ad this is out loved home. This also includes taking care of / cleaning technical devices (coffee machine) or watering plants from time.
The rental time is limited to on year and the moving in date is somewhat flexible so please do contact us for more specific or deviating rental times!
