Schöne 2,5-Zimmerwohnung, möbliert mit allem Notwendigen zur Zwischenmiete für 6 Wochen.
Ich bin beruflich für 6 Wochen im Ausland und vermiete meine Wohnung in der Zwischenzeit unter.
Die Wohnung hat 2 Zimmer, eine ausgestattete Küche, ein Bad und eine kleine Abstellkammer. Es gibt an beiden Zimmern einen kleinen Balkon (Westausrichtung), an der Küche auch einen Mini-Balkon mit super schönem Blick in den sehr ruhigen Hinterhof.
Die Küche hat alles was ihr so täglich braucht, außer eine Kaffeemaschine. Dafür gibt es einen Geschirrspüler!

Since I’m away for work for 6 weeks I’m looking to sublet my 2 room apartment.
The apartment has all the daily necessities (except a coffee machine) and has 2 nice, bright, and quiet rooms, a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom and a small storage room. Both rooms open up to a very small balcony (west facing, so you can enjoy some afternoon +evening sunshine) and the kitchen has the tiniest of balconies (east facing) towards the back of the building.
Die Lage ist ideal in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße und trotzdem nah an allem Wichtigen.
Die Wohnung ist super angebunden und es dauert nur 10min zur U3, 6min zur Buslinie 6 und 17 (15min zum Hbf und 35min zum Flughafen). Bis zur Außenalster braucht ihr fußläufig auch nur so 10 min.
Alle Shops und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen in fußläufiger Nähe, das Mundsburg Center erreicht ihr in ca. 10 min. In Uhlenhorst selbst gibt es auch viele schöne Cafés.

The location is perfect in a quiet street and not far away from all you need. Public transport is a 10min walk away, as is the Außenalster, inviting you to a stroll along the water.
All shops are accessible within 10min walk.
Hamburg Central station can be reached within 15-20 mins, the airport within 35 mins.
Die Hausgemeinschaft legt viel Wert auf ein ruhiges, freundliches und offenes Miteinander. Daher suche ich eine zuverlässige und offene Person oder ein Paar für die Zwischenmiete.
Idealerweise habt ihr/hast du einen grünen Daumen und kümmerst dich auch um meine Pflanzen :)
