Very Cosy two-room apartment: wonderful nature & very central (February 2025 – October 2025)

This apartment is free from February 2025 until October 2025, slight variations to these dates might be possible, but this is the general time frame.
The apartment has one kitchen in a separate room, a bathroom, a living room, and a bedroom.
It takes you a two minute walk to the closest S-Bahn station and 10 minutes with the S-Bahn to Hamburg main station and 15 minutes to the Sternschanze and the Schanzenviertel.
It takes you 30 minutes to get to a large lake that is very beautiful throughout all seasons. The apartment is very close to a very calm enviroment, nature, rivers, and a windmill, that regularily hosts beautiful events.

The highlights of the apartment include the location, the cosy vibe, high quality furniture and mattress and the incredibly well equiment: you will have different waffle irons, a massage gun, a yoga mat, a sandwhich maker, different coffee makers (including a machine), some weights for work outs, basic foods (pasta, tomatos, etc.), a mixer, a beamer to watch movies, and moves more!

The downside of the apartment is that the kitchen and corridor of the apartment are missing a floor: this means that there are many stains in these two areas. The damage is mostly covered by carpets and is only the case for corridor, and kitchen. You can get a good idea of this downside through the pictures.

Cosy atmosphere, privacy protection on the windows, very well equipped kitchen, lots of equipment for your free time (free weights, a good yoga mat, a good quality beamer, books), very good location: both Hamburg’s city life and Hamburg’s nature as well as good access to Lüneburg are close to you

5 Minute walk to all the groceries and drug stores you could wish for: a Turkish store, an Asian supermarket, Aldi, Rewe, Penny, Rossmann, Budni, Woolworth and more are avaiable within 5 minutes of walking
10 minutes to Hamburg Main Station
15 Minutes to Sternschanze
30 Minutes to Lüneburg
30 Minutes to the wonderful lake “See im großen Moor”
10 Minutes to beautiful walks with smalltown vibes, forest, and lots of nature

My name is Care and I am a PhD student looking to sublet my apartment because I will be on a research stay in Canada. I hope to make your stay as good as possible, will always be easy to reach, and I am happy to be in conversation about the details of the stay.
