Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen, grünen Teil von Billstedt. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Bis zum Hauptbahnhof braucht man mit den Öffentlichen Veekehrsmitteln ca. 30 Minuten.
Perfekt für ein Paar oder eine Single Person, die gern naturnah und ruhig lebt.
Die Miete enthält Wasser, Strom und Internet. Ich teile gern mein Netflix.

Rent includes water, electricity, and internet. I'm happy to share my Netflix.
