Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer (Deluxe Boxspringbett, 1,80m Breite), ein Wohn-/Arbeitszimmer (große sehr gemütliche Couch und höhenverstellbarerer, moderner Arbeitstisch mit Extra-Monitor), eine schöne, geräumige und sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, ein chices Bad mit grußzügigem Duschbereich und einen Flur.
Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und sicher. Über die Hintertür erhält man Zugang zu einem gepflegten und großen Innenhof.
Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert.
Durch die großzügige Deckenhöhe (3,20m+) wirkt die Wohnung noch viel größer.

P.S.: Die Wohnung ist in Realität sehr viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Kommt gern vorbei zur Besichtigung :)

The apartment has a bedroom (deluxe box spring bed, 1.80m wide), a living/study (large very comfortable couch and a height-adjustable, modern work desk with extra monitor), a beautiful, spacious and very well equipped kitchen, a chic bathroom with spacious shower area and a hallway.
The area is very quiet and safe. The back door gives access to a well-kept and large courtyard.
The apartment is fully furnished.
The generous ceiling height (3.20m+) makes the apartment appear even larger.

Die Wohnung befindet nahe des Osterbekkanals.
Die Stationen U3 Dehnhaide (650m), U3 Saarlandstraße (800m) und S1/U3 Barmbek (1,1km) sind alle fußläufig oder mit dem Bus gut erreichbar. Der Bus (Linie 18) fährt direkt vom Wohnort zum Hauptbahnhof - ca 20 Minuten Fahrt.
In der Umgebung gibt es mehrere Supermärkte (Edeka, Rewe, Lidl) und einige Restaurants und Bistros (die Jarrestadt ist gleich um die Ecke).
Nur wenige Meter weiter befindet sich der Osterbekkanal, an welchem man schöne Spaziergänge entlang unternehmen kann.

The apartment is located near the Osterbek Canal.
The stations U3 Dehnhaide (650m), U3 Saarlandstraße (800m) and S1/U3 Barmbek (1.1km) are all within walking distance or easily accessible by bus. The bus (line 18) goes directly from the residence to the main station - about 20 minutes journey.
There are several supermarkets (Edeka, Rewe, Lidl) and a few restaurants and bistros in the area (Jarrestadt is just around the corner).
Just a few meters away is the Osterbek Canal, along which you can take beautiful walks.
Ich werde für zwei Monate (Februar und März) verreisen und möchte über diesen Zeitraum meine Wohnung gerne für ein bis zwei vertrauenswürdigen Personen zur Verfügung stellen. Die Unterkunft eignet sich hervorragend auch für Pärchen, aber auch für das WG-Leben, sofern das Wohnzimmer als zweites Schlafzimmer genutzt wird.
Komm(t) gerne vorbei, um die Wohnung zu besichtigen. Ich antworte in der Regel schnell.

I will be traveling for two months (February and March) and would like to make my apartment available to one or two trustworthy people during this period. The accommodation is also ideal for couples, but also for living in a shared flat if the living room is used as a second bedroom.
