Ahoi liebe Wohnungssuchende!

Meine geliebte Wohnung im Herzen von Ottensen (Altona) ist den April über zur Untermiete frei (30.3.-30.4.).

Es ist eine charmante 3-Zimmer-Altbauwohnung in der wirklich perfektesten Lage ganz Hamburgs :).

Das Viertel ist geprägt von seiner vielfältigen Restaurant- und Barkultur, zahlreichen Altbauten, Grünanlagen und der nahe gelegenen Elbe.
Der Elbstrand ist fußläufig zu erreichen und bietet auch die vielleicht schönste Jogging-Strecke der Stadt. Zahlreiche Restaurants, Cafés, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden unmittelbar vor der Haustür. Die ÖPNV-Anbindung ist super und auch mit dem Fahrrad sind sämtliche zentral gelegenen Viertel schnell und bequem zu erreichen.

Das Schlafzimmer liegt zum ruhigen Hinterhof raus. Küche und Bad sind voll ausgestattet. Spül- und Waschmaschine sowie WLAN vorhanden. Das geräumige, mit Stuck verzierte Wohnzimmer wird durch eine große Flügeltür in 2 Zimmer unterteilt.

Die Wohnung ist ideal für Singles und Paare. Potentiell auch WG-tauglich, es befindet sich aber aktuell nur ein Bett in der Wohnung, zudem gibt es eine Schlafcouch und ein weiteres großes Sofa. Platz für eine zweites Bett wäre noch vorhanden.

Ahoi apartment seekers!

My beloved apartment in the heart of Ottensen (Altona) is for sublet in April (March 30th March - April 30th).

It is a charming 3-room old building apartment in really the most perfect location in all of Hamburg :).

For those who don't know it - the neighborhood is known for it´s diverse restaurant and bar culture, numerous old buildings, green spaces and the nearby Elbe River.
The Elbe beach is within walking distance and also offers the maybe most beautiful jogging route in the city. Numerous restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping facilities are located right on the doorstep. The public transport connection is very good and also by bike all centrally located neighborhoods can be reached quickly and easily.

The bedroom faces out to the quiet backyard. Kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped. Dishwasher, washing machine and WLAN available. The spacious living room, decorated with stucco, is divided into 2 rooms by a large double door.

The apartment is ideal for singles and couples. Potentially also suitable for sharing between friends, but there is currently only one bed in the apartment. There is also a sofa bed and a large Bolia chaise longue sofa. Space for a second bed would still be available.
