15 MINUTES TO CITY CENTRE (old town)
Supermarket 10 walking minutes, tram and bus at 4 walking minutes
Absolutely safe neighborhood, tram station at 4 minutes walking distance, 10 minutes to large supermarket with restaurant, bakery and drugstore.
The tram line 24 takes you all day long, every 10 minutes, from the Heidelberg train station to Rohrbach Markt, the ride takes only 12 minutes and from there it is only a 3-minute walk to the flat.
Please see one of my last fotos for directions on how to get from the tram station to the flat.
To get to the old-town using public transport, take tram 23 until Bismarckplatz. The ride takes 13 minutes only!

To get back to the flat take tram 23 until 0:08 (midnight) or after that, take the moonliner bus M1 which takes you back to Rohrbach-Markt half-hourly or hourly (depending on your return time) until 04:38 a.m.

By booking you and all booked tenants agree to be bound by these terms. Please inform all other tenants about these house rules. Feel free to ask questions!
► Not suitable for young children (2-4 years)
► Not suitable for infants (under 2 years)
► Not suitable for pets
► No smoking inside flat but you may smoke on the balconies with closed doors windows so the smoke does not enter the apartment.
► No parties or events
► No noisy activities at all times, legally defined quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m., 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., Sundays and holidays. During these times, no noises must reach neighbours.
► Tenants are liable for all damages caused during their stay including illegal Internet use.
► Always lock the flat with your key.
► Let in fresh air at least twice per day for min 5 to max 10 minutes, especially in bedrooms and after cooking.
►Trash separation (explained upon arrival) is obligatory.
