Ich suche einen Nachmieter für die Ferienwohnung, in der ich vorübergehend gewohnt habe und mich sehr wohl gefühlt habe.
Die Wohnung ist 60 qm groß, gemütlich und komplett möbliert.
Im Preis von 450 Euro (basiert auf der Tatsache, dass ich am WE nicht dort bin) ist alles inkl. also Wasser, Strom, und WLAN Internet.
Also bestens geeignet für jemanden, der neu in der Stadt ist, und erstmal eine komplett eingerichtete Bleibe benötigt.
Ich habe nun selbst eine "feste" Wohnung gefunden und suche daher den Nachmieter.
zentral am Hafen gelegen
