I'm a student at FAU, I'm chill and I'm easy going, looking for similar minded people. I value privacy, respect towards other tenants and making sure things are good.
Apartment life is relaxed and respectful—we’re looking for someone clean, friendly, and easygoing.
Age Range: 20-35
Minimum Rental Period: 6 months
Bicycle parking available (outside and in the garage)

Quiet location with a beautiful view of the Niederndorf district, traffic-calmed, but not far from the center of Herzogenaurach (walk to the center approx. 15 to 20 minutes). Good transport links (e.g. the bus stop -St. Josefs Church- Erlangen/Herzogenaurach is very close by). A nearby cycle path also leads directly to Herzogenaurach; right at the beginning of the town there is a new specialist retail center; next to this there is an EDEKA market and the Norma (discount food store).
I'm a student at FAU, I'm flexible if you want to take the bigger or smaller room. I don't mind.
I value cleanliness more than anything, and mutual understanding. I'm sensitive to smells so please try not to use harsh spices or frequent cooking through out the day. I cook once a day / 3-4 times a week.
Bathroom/kitchen must be cleaned after each use.
