Gorgeous two rooms apartment in Karlsfeld (near Dachau)

The location gives you easy access to a vast range of shops including Rewe and Edeka. Hochstraße also offers various bus routes in and out of Karlsfeld and Dachau and to and from S-Bahn station "Karlsfeld".

In close proximity lies the recreation park Karlsfelder See (lake of Karlsfeld).
There you can escape the hustle of everyday life and exercise, walk and even go for a swim in summer.

So far the apartment is only partly furnished. However, we can arrange more furniture (bed, couch etc) if wished so by the tenant.

No pets - sorry

The apartment can be requested from between one month to a year – or even longer.
The cost of utilities is completely dependent upon your usage and include water, electricity, heating oil, trash, chimney sweeper and internet. We have estimated those to be ~ 120€ for one Person but this might be more or less depending on your usage.
