Möblierte 50m2 2-ZKB in Bickendorf für 6-9 Monate

Hallo ihr lieben Menschen,

hiermit biete ich meine gemütliche, komplett möblierte 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in Bickendorf zur Zwischenmiete! Für 6-9 Monate ab 15.7. Oder 1.8.2024

Diese charmante und ruhige Wohnung verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer und eine voll ausgestattete Küche inklusive Spülmaschine (leider ist mir kürzlich der Backofen kaputt gegangen, als Alternative kann ich meine Heißluftfriteuse zur Verfügung stellen). Neben den ganzen Möbeln können auch Geschirr, Gläser etc. genutzt werden. Im Keller befindet sich meine Waschmaschine, die ebenfalls mir benutzt werden kann.

Ein Highlight dieser Wohnung ist die schöne 20qm Terrasse im begrünten Innenhof, welche nur zu meiner Wohnung gehört.


Die Wohnung wird aufgrund einer längeren Auslandsreise vermietet, für mindestens 6 Monate ggf. mit Option auf Verlängerung. Ich suche eine verantwortungsbewusste Person oder ein liebevolles Paar, das meine Wohnung sowie meine Möbel während meiner Abwesenheit respektvoll behandelt.

In dem Preis sind alle Kosten enthalten. Die festgelegte monatliche Miete ist inklusive 2.000 kWh Strom und 2.500 kWh Heizung (anteilig für die 6 Monate, sprich 1.000 kWh Strom & 1.250 kWh Heizung), GEZ, Internet und weitere Nebenkosten.

Bitte hab eine Schufaauskunft und die letzten zwei Gehaltsnachweise bereit, um bei einem eventuellen Besichtigungstermin vorzulegen. Zuverlässigkeit ist mir sehr wichtig, damit meine Wohnung während meiner Abwesenheit in guten Händen ist.

I hereby offer my cozy, fully furnished 2-room apartment in Bickendorf for interim rent!

This charming and quiet apartment has a bedroom, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher (unfortunately my oven broke recently, as an alternative I can provide my hot air fryer). In addition to all the furniture, dishes, glasses etc. can also be used. In the basement is my washing machine, which can also be used by me.

A highlight of this apartment is the beautiful 20sqm terrace in the green inner courtyard, which belongs only to my apartment.

The apartment is well located with parking spaces directly in front of the door and only 10 minutes by bike to the Ehrenfeldgürtel. Streetcar lines 3 & 4 are only an 8-minute walk away. Various shopping facilities (e.g. Rewe, DM, Netto, Lidl), bars & restaurants are also within 10 minutes walking distance. Kiosk and beverage market are also around the corner.

The apartment is rented out due to a longer trip abroad, for at least 6 months, possibly with an option to extend. I am looking for a responsible person or loving couple who will treat my apartment and furniture with respect while I am away.

All costs are included in the price. The fixed monthly rent includes 2,000 kWh electricity and 2,500 kWh heating (pro rata for the 6 months, i.e. 1st month).


Please have a credit report and the last two salary statements ready to present at a possible viewing appointment. Reliability is very important to me so that my apartment is in good hands while I am away.
