Die Wohnung hat eine separate Küche sowie eine Abstellkammer und liegt in der 3. Etage. Darüber hinaus steht ein Abstellraum im Keller zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung hat keinen Balkon.
Die Warmmiete inkl. Heizung und Strom beträgt 1200€ für zwei Personen.
Die Wohnung liegt in sehr zentraler Lage im Stadtteil Altstadt-Nord, ca. 3 Minuten von der U-Bahnhaltestelle Appellhofplatz entfernt. Auch zum Dom/Hbf bzw. Neumarkt sind es nur wenige Minuten Fußweg.
