Ich vermiete mein helle, renovierte und gemütlich eingerichtete 2 Zimmer Wohnung in Nippes vom 2. oder 3. März bis zum 12. April. Bei den Daten bin ich etwas flexibel.
Die Wohnung ist zu Fuss 2 Minuten von der Station Neusserstrasse/Gürtel und 5 Minuten von der Station Florastrasse gelegen. Sie ist 50m2 gross, befindet sich im ersten Stock, hat Eichenparkett, verfügt über eine Aussicht aufs Nippesser Tälchen und ist sehr ruhig. Es gibt einen Balkon und zwei Kellerräume zum Wäschetrocknen. Eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden.
Rewe, Aldi, Alnatura und eine Reihe von Kiosks, Restaurants, Bars, Clubs, Büchereien oder sonstige Geschäfte sind alle ums Eck. Zur Strasse hin ist man also mitten im vollen Leben, gleichzeitig ist die Wohnung mit der Ausrichtung zum Nippesser Tälchen hin eine Ruheoase.
Die Miete beträgt monatlich 790 Euro. Internet, Heizung und Strom sind inklusive. Dazu eine Kaution in selber Höhe. Für den gesamten Zeitraum wäre der Betrag also 1185 Euro.

I rent out my light, renovated and cosily furnished 2 room apartment in Nippes from 2 or 3 March to 12 April. I'm a bit flexible with the dates.
The apartment is a 2 minutes walk from Neusserstrasse/Gürtel station and 5 minutes from Florastrasse station. It measures 50m2, lies on the first floor, has oak parquet flooring, a view of the Nippesser Tälchen (a park) and is very quiet. There is a balcony and two cellar rooms for drying clothes. A washing machine is available.
Rewe, Aldi and Alnatura and a number of kiosks, restaurants, bars, clubs, libraries or other shops are all around the corner. Thus, towards the street, one is in the middle of full life while at the same time, the apartment with the orientation towards the Nippesser Tälchen is an oasis of peace.
The monthly rent is 790 Euros. Internet, heating and power are inclusive. The deposit would be the same amount. The total amount for the whole time would thus be 1185 Euros.
