If you are looking for a short stay in Cologne this can be your place.
We are renting our cosy apartment in Sülz (a very quiet and excellent neighbourhood) from the 4th of December to the 14th of January (1 MONTH AND 10 DAYS). The price is for 1 month and 10 days (1 Month would be €870).
Great transport connections (three tram lines close). It has two rooms (one bedroom and one living room) and an independent kitchen. All furnished.
The apartment is on the third floor. It has a wooden floor and is fully furnished. It has a double bed, sofa, TV, table, desk, and a fully equipped kitchen.
The property is located in the lively neighbourhood of Sülz, Cologne. Several bus and tram lines run nearby. There are several restaurants, supermarkets, cafés, bars and bakeries. Just two tram stops from the University of Cologne.
We are a couple living in Cologne and we will be out for holidays.
You'll find that our flat is a warm and cosy place, and we would like to rent it to someone willing to take care of our plants during the stay.
