I live in a very beautiful old building with high ceilings at "Rathenauer Platz", close to the Cologne University and the beloved Belgische Veedel! My charming 48 qm apartment, offers a perfect blend of old-world charm and modern convenience. It has everything you need for your day to day life, including a coffee machine, washing machine and dish washer. The kitchen blends into the living room, with a big table for dinners with friends or a little co-working space during the day. The huge couch is also perfect for a nap in between :)
Perfectly located, you'll have easy access to shops, cafes, and public transportation, allowing you to explore Cologne by foot, bike, or train. Yes, you are in the heart of the city, but don't worry - my bedroom is surprisingly quiet, so great sleep is basically guaranteed :)
