Hello! I'm planning to visit home end of this month, so I'm subletting my lovely studio apartment for single occupancy from 15th April till 15th May.
The apartment is in an energetic housing community filled with students and professionals from as many as 70 different nationalities. Needless to say, it's a great place to meet new people and make friends. The building even has a bunch of common amneties that you can use, such as -
- community hall (equipped with a kitchen)
- lovely garden with four cute chickens that give fresh eggs every morning
- nice terrace with a nice view
- billiards room
- kino room with couches
- fitness room
- foosball table
- table tennis setup
- laundromat (€3.50 for wash, €3 for drying)
- DHL packstation right outside
The apartment is 35sqm and the warm rent is 950 (electricity, heating and internet included) with 950 deposit. The apartment is fully furnished with a functional kitchen (fridge, microwave, no dishwasher though). You'll also find a DJ controller, a portable keyboard, and studio speakers that you can fiddle around with if you're into that stuff. I have some books as well - feel free to read them. 🙂
Note : I can leave my TV (65 inch) as well but I would charge extra deposit for that. You can use my Mubi subscription too. :)
The location is as central as it can get.
On foot, you can get to Heumarkt/Neumarkt in 15 minutes, to Barbarossaplatz/Zulpicher in 20, or Chlodwigplatz in 10-12. Or if you're feeling lazy, you can catch tram 3/4 from Severinstrasse (just a minute's walk away) and get to Frisenplatz in less than 10 minutes or to Ehrenfeld in about 15. Or you can walk 5 minutes and get to Poststrasse which gives you access to tram lines 16 and 18 as well (which can get you to Hbf or even directly to Bonn if you wish).
The nearest Rewe is 5 minutes on foot and the nearest kiosk is even less than that so buying groceries or drinks is easy.
The offer is perfect for anyone who's shifting to the city end of this month and hasn't found an apartment yet. You can stay at my place for the month and use the time to find better options. Residents of the community often sublet their apartments for long term, so who knows, you might even find another apartment to shift into after April. You can even use your time here to make friends, which is not difficult since there's plenty of people staying in the building.

PS : Anmeldung is not possible since it's just a month-long sublet.
