We're offering our super cozy old building apartment for a short-term rental from mid-april to the mid-may. (We are flexible on the exact dates, so don't hesitate to contact us if you are interested but the dates don't fit exactly!)
The apartment has two rooms, a nice big kitchen with everything you need, and a bathroom with a window and bathtub—perfect for relaxing. It's fully furnished, so you just need to bring your suitcases o Backpack.
The rent is 1200 euro per month and a Caution of 1000 . A small note: there's no TV and no WiFi. Perfect if you're looking to disconnect for a while ;)

Just 1 minute to trainstation or Busstop Chlodwigplatz in all directions.
The best part: the location! You'll be living right in the heart of Cologne's Südstadt—well connected, with plenty of nice cafés, bars, and shops just around the corner.
We are looking for people who will take good care of our apartment, love plants just as much as we do, and generally behave in a responsible and considerate manner. We really enjoy living here, have a great relationship with our neighbors, and want it to that stay that way :)
