Ich verreise für 2 Monate ins Ausland und möchte meine 2 Zimmer Wohnung untervermieten. Die Wohnung ist ca. 50 qm groß - Hochparterre , hat zwei gleich große Zimmer (Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer), eine Küche, kleines Bad und einen kleinen Balkon. Die ganze Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und werde dementsprechend alle Sachen auch dir zur Nutzung überlassen.
Die Wohnung liegt im Pantaleonsviertel in einer ruhigen Einbahnstraße. Das Schlafzimmer ist zum Hinterhof raus und sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung ist super angebunden. In 10 Minuten bist du zu Fuß in der Südstadt oder aber auch am Barbarossaplatz. Die nächsten Stationen sind die Poststrasse oder die Eifelstraße. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind Netto, Rewe oder Lidl. Im Hinterhof kannst du auch dein Fahrrad parken.
Ich vermiete nur für 2 Monate und eine Person. Schreibt mir gerne. Ich freue mich über jede Kontaktaufnahme :)
Die Wohnung ist nur für 1 Person ausgelegt, daher bitte keine Anfrage für 2 Personen stellen!
