Furnished 2-room apartment in quiet street

Dear future tenant,
Are you looking for a furnished apartment from 01 November 2024 until mid-2025? Then keep on reading!

The apartment is offered furnished, meaning that it includes kitchen, washing machine, bed, couch, table and wardrobe. The pictures show the current state of the apartment. Most of the furniture will stay for the next tenant. Some slight changes might occur, though.

The rent of 650€ is “pauschal", which means that heating and other commodities, such as trash-service, maintenance, etc., are included in the rent. You'd only have to take care of internet and electricity by yourself. I would be happy to help out with input to either of those services.

The end date of the rent is still flexible, however it should be mid-2025. Let's agree on an exact date together.
