Die 47qm Meter Wohnung ist sehr schön aufgeteilt, ist vollständig ausgestattet und erst vor Kurzem renoviert und somit in modernem Zustand. Die Wohnung hat auch einen Balkon der Richtung Süden ausgerichtet ist. Ich suche für die Zeit eine*n vertrauensvolle*n Untermieter*in

I am renting out my beautiful, bright 2-room apartment in the Pantaleonsviertel from the beginning of May until the beginning of August.
The 47 square meter apartment is very nicely divided, is fully equipped and recently renovated and therefore in modern condition. The apartment also has a south-facing balcony. I am looking for a trustworthy subtenant for the time I will be abroad.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und dennoch in einer ruhigen Einbahnstraße im schönen Pantaleonsviertel. Zu Fuß ist man sowohl innerhalb von weniger Minuten in der Innenstadt als auch in der beliebten Südstadt. Mehrere Bahnstationen (Eifelstraße/Poststraße/Barbarossaplatz) sind ebenfalls in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen, man ist also optimal angebunden.

The apartment is very centrally located, yet in a quiet one-way street in the beautiful Pantaleonsviertel. The city center and the popular Südstadt are just a few minutes' walk away. Several train stations (Eifelstraße/Poststraße/Barbarossaplatz) are also just a few minutes' walk away, so you are ideally connected.
Der Mietpreis von 1100€ bezieht sich auf einen Monat und enthält alle Nebenkosten inklusive Internet.
Im Haus gibt es einen Fahrradkeller und einen Wäscheraum.Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt.
