The single-flat is fully furnished. Laundry is possible for free I the basement of the building (shared with 3 other single-flats). There is also extra space in the basement for storage. The bedroom views the garden of the building. The flat is situated in a quiet family neighborhood, by bike 1min to Seestraße, 13min to Uni Konstanz, 7min to Altstadt and 3min to Kaufland (Zähringerplatz).
