Es ist eine 2-Zimmer Wohnung im 1.OG eines alten Zweifamilienhauses im Kremper Stadtkern. Die Wohnung wird möbliert vermietet, aber bei Bedarf kann ich einige Möbel wegräumen. Es sind ein Doppelbett und eine Schlafcouch vorhanden. Der Dachboden kann genutzt und der kleine Garten mit der Familie aus dem EG geteilt werden.
Die Miete beträgt 785 Euro inkl. aller Nebenkosten und WLAN. Außerdem gibt es eine Kaution von 1000 Euro.

I am offering my cozy apartment for subletting for 4 1/2 months. From Jan 1st 2024 to May 15th 2024.
It is a 2-room apartment on the first floor of an old two-family house in the center of Krempe. The apartment is furnished, but if needed, I can remove some furniture. There is a double bed and a sofa bed available. The attic can be used and the small garden can be shared with the family on the ground floor.
The rent is 785 euros including all utilities and WiFi. Additionally, there is a security deposit of 1000 euros.
Das Haus ist sehr ländlich gelegen, aber durch den Regio Bahnhof in 5 Gehminuten Entfernung gut angebunden. Es gibt zwei Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Umgebung und eine Apotheke. Außerdem einen öffentlichen Parkplatz auf dem Rathausplatz (50m).

The house is located in a very rural area, but is well connected through the regional train station which is a 5-minute walk away. There are two supermarkets in the immediate vicinity and a pharmacy. Additionally, there is a public parking lot on the town hall square (50m).
