I'm Fernando and I'm leaving my apartment since my exchange year is almost over.
The apartment is all NEW. It has 3 rooms, 1 complete bathroom, 1/2 bathroom, full kitchen/dining room, washing machine, balcony and it is fully furnished (the room comes with the closet, tv, desk, bed, curtains and frame)
The building has elevator, as well as a place to leave your bike inside, place to hang up your clothes in the basement (if needed) and the residents of the building have access to the building's POOL and SAUNA!
The building is located in Hohenrode 11, 30880. The Laatzen Leine Zentrum is just 2 minutes walk from the building. There you have REWE, LIDL, Woolworth, HM, doctor"s office, Sparkasse, Targobank and many more.
The Laatzen-Zentrum station is 3 minutes walk distance from the building and there is a U-bahn coming every 10 minutes with direction Langenhagen (20 min to get to Hannover Hbf, 18 min to Aegidientorplatz).
The building is very calm, neighbors are very nice and the landlord lives on the same building, so in case of any emergency, he is available (They are a very nice family).
We live 3 people in the apartment and the 3 of us are leaving the apartment (coincidence).
The apartment would be available from August 1. until the date you want to arrange the contract. The other 2 roomies are leaving in July and September respectively.
I didn't put any photo of the sauna/pool area but if you are interested we can arrange a online tour of the place.
The deposit amount is €1000 eur, but maybe you can arrange some way of paying the renter, they might understand it;)

The electricity, gas, wifi are included in the rent price, as well as the furniture.
Anmeldung is possible (laatzen rathaus is just in front of the building too.)
