ich suche einen untermieter für eine 80 pm wohnung, da ich ab ende märz im ausland arbeite. die whg hat 3 zimmer, küche bad. dazu gehört auch ein parkplatz für das auto.
ich würde gerne einen raum zum lagern meiner sachen nutzen.
deswegen wäre die miete auch 200 euro weniger als die original miete.
bei den 695 euro sind die 200 euro miete schon abgezogen. die ursprüngliche warmmiete beträgt 895 euro.
bei interesse einfach anrufen oder mailen. da ich ab nächster wocheschon im ausland bin, wäre es am besten wenn sie sich schnell melden ;-)
