Es handelt sich um eine möblierte Zweiraumwohung mit einer kleinen Wohnküche und großem Bad. DSL vorhanden. Der schöne Hofgarten kann mitbenutzt werden.
Innerhalb von 15 Minuten bist du zu Fuß (8 Min mit Tram oder Fahrrad) in der Innenstadt als auch am Hauptbahnhof. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich ebenfalls in der direkten Umgebung (Konsum, Netto, Wochenmarkt)
Ich wünsche mir für meine Wohnung eine Person, die einen angemessenen und respektvollen Umgang mit meinen Möbeln etc. pflegt.

I'm subletting my calm and cosy flat to a responsible and tidy person from 15 - 31 August (2 weeks period). The flat is furbished, has a bedroom and a living room, and there's a spacious bathroom and a kitchen. The back yard has a beautiful garden and can be accessed.
The city centre is only a 15min walk away (or 8 min. by bike or tram). Grocery shops are closeby.
