2 Zimmer Wohnung in Leipzig, befristet vom 26.01 bis 27.03

Ich untermiete meine möblierte 2 Zimmer Wohnung im Zentrum Nord für 2 Monat wegen meines Urlaubs. Es gibt Aufzug, und in der Wohnung habe ich auch alles was du brauchen kannst (Waschmaschine, Geschirr, Mikrowelle, TV, Switch...). Man kann einfach mit Koffer einziehen.
In der Wohnung gibt es ein sehr großen Sofa, jetzt ist es mit der Matratze ein Bett, daneben ist ein Tisch für Office. Das bedeutet dass man diese Wohnung als 2 Zimmer WG benutzen kann.
Ich möchte die Wohnung an 1 oder 2 ordentliche Personen untermieten zwischen 26.01 bis 27.03 (auch flexibel). Anmeldung ist wegen der Untermiete nicht möglich.
Die Miete beträgt alles inklusive 850 pro Monat, mit einer Kaution von 600 Euro. (Wenn man den Strom oder Heizung zu viel verbrauchst, ergibt es sich auch Kosten dafür).

English: I am subletting my furnished 2 room apartment in Zentrum Nord for one month because of my holiday. There is an elevator, and in the apartment there is everything that you could use (washing machine, utensils, microwave, TV, switch...). You can just bring a suitcase.
There is a really big sofa in the apartment, which is now turned into a bed with the mattress. It is next to a office table, this means the apartment could be used as 2 room shared apartment.
I want to sublet the apartment to one or two tidy people from 26.01 to 27.03 (this is flexible). Registration is not possible.
The rent is 850 total per month, with a deposit of 600 euro. When one uses the electricity or the heating too much, there might be some extra money for that.
