The apartment is just under 35m^2 and costs €520 including heating. It consists of 2 rooms and is on the 3rd floor. It is already furnished with 2 wardrobes, 2 single beds, 2 desks including 2 desk chairs, 2 shelves, a dining table with 2 chairs. The room also has large windows with a view of the Johannisfriedhof cemetery.

There is also a laundry and drying room directly opposite the apartment. There are also sports rooms, bicycle parking spaces, a stroller room as well as a common room and a kindergarten directly in the building.

The dormitory scores with its central location. The city center can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. It is even quicker to get there with line 15 or 12 from the Gutenbergplatz stop or by bike.

Shops and parks are in the immediate vicinity.

The rent includes ALL additional costs (including electricity and internet) and is a flat rate, so it does not vary monthly or depending on electricity / heating usage! Only laundry is paid for separately.

ich bin auf der Suche nach einer/einem Nachmietenden (Kind/er + Partner*in erwünscht, da es sich um ein Familienappartment handelt) für mein Appartment im Studierendenwohnheim am Gutenbergplatz.
Um Nachmietende werden zu können müsst ihr eine Immatrikulation für das Sommersemester 2025 an einer Uni oder Hochschule in Leipzig (Universität Leipzig, HtWK, Hochschule für Musik und Theater, IBA, Handelshochschule, Hochschule für Grafik und Buchkunst) haben und dürft noch nicht in einem Studierendenwohnheim leben. Wir sind ab Mitte März aus dem Appartment ausgezogen. Offizieller Einzugstermin wäre der 1.4. - wenn es das Verfahren schnell geht. Mein Mietvertrag endet am 30.09.2025 - ihr könnt jedoch länger hier wohnen bleiben, wenn ihr den Mietvertrag selbstständig (jeweils um 1 oder 2 Semester) verlängert. Das Appartment ist knappe 35m^2 groß und kostet 520€ warm. Es besteht aus 2 Räumen und befindet sich im 3. Stock. Es ist bereits möbliert mit 2 Schränken, 2 Einzelbetten, 2 Schreibtischen inkl. 2 Schreibtischstühlen, 2 Regalen, einem Esstisch mit 2 Stühlen. Außerdem hat das Zimmer große Fenster mit Blick auf den Johannisfriedhof.
Außerdem gibt es direkt gegenüber der Wohnung euinen Wasch- und Trockenraum. Des weiteren befinden sich Sporträume, Fahrradstellplätze, ein Kinderwagenraum sowie ein Gemeinschaftsraum und ein Kindergarten direkt im Haus. Das Wohnheim punktet mit seine zentralen Lage. Die Innenstadt ist in 10 Gehminuten erreichbar. Mit der Linie 15 oder 12 von der Haltestelle Gutenbergplatz oder mit dem Fahrrad geht es sogar noch schneller.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Parks befinden sich in direkter Nähe. Die Miete enthält ALLE Nebenkosten (inkl. Strom und Internet) und ist eine Pauschale, variiert also nicht monatlich oder in Abhängigkeit von Strom- / Heizungsnutzung! Allein das Wäschewaschen wird zusätzlich bezahlt.
