ich vermiete meine Wohnung in der Südvorstadt vom 01.01. bis zum 15.03.25 unter. Bei Bedarf kannst du auch etwas früher ein- oder später ausziehen, wir schauen einfach, wie es für beide Seiten gut passt.
Die Wohnung ist ca. 50 Quadratmeter groß, hat zwei Zimmer, eine separate Küche, einen großen Balkon und ein Tageslichtbad mit Wanne. Trotz Erdgeschoss bekommst du hier viel Tageslicht und einen schönen Blick in den grünen Innenhof.

I am subletting my apartment in Südvorstadt from January 1 to March 15, 2025. If necessary, you can also move in a little earlier or move out a little later, we'll see what works for both sides.
The apartment is approx. 50 m2 in size, has two rooms, a separate kitchen, a large balcony and a daylight bathroom with bathtub. Despite being on the ground floor, you get plenty of daylight and a beautiful view of the green courtyard.
Die Lage ist ideal für Menschen, die zur HTWK oder zum MDR müssen, beides ist ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Ansonsten bist du mit dem Rad in 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt und mit dem ÖPNV (Tram, Bus, S-Bahn) in alle Himmelsrichtungen super angebunden.

The location is perfect for people who attend HTWK or work at MDR, both are about a 5-minute walk away. Otherwise, you can be in the city center in 10 minutes by bike and are well connected by public transport (tram, bus, S-Bahn) in all directions.
Möbel, Geschirr usw. sind natürlich vorhanden und können von dir genutzt werden. Ich würde mich sehr freuen, wenn du Lust hast, dich ein bisschen um meine Pflanzen zu kümmern (das ist nicht allzu viel Aufwand, aber ab und an gießen wäre toll).
Die Hausgemeinschaft ist sehr nett, entspannt und eher ruhig. Zum Feiern gibt es genügend Clubs und Kneipen in der Nähe - bitte nicht in der Wohnung, das erhält auch die gute Nachbarschaft. :)
Leider ist die Wohnung nicht WG-geeignet (Durchgangszimmer).

Furniture, dishes etc. are available for you of course. I would be really happy if you took a little care of my plants (they don't require too much attention but some watering would be great).
The other people in the house are very nice, relaxed and rather quiet. If you are into partying, there are plenty of clubs and bars close by - please be kind to your neigbours and don't party in the apartment. :)
Unfortunately, the apartment is not suitable for sharing (connecting rooms).
