German: Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in der Innenstadt von Leipzig.
Sie wurde Ende 2022 neu eingerichtet und voll möbliert. Die Wohnung ist mit Parkett ausgestattet und im Altbaustil mit Stuck restauriert.
Sie ist sehr hell mit ihren 4 Fenstern und der Balkontür im Wohn- und Essbereich.
Eine neue Küche bietet alle Möglichkeiten, um sich wohl zu fühlen. In der Küche gibt es einen Induktionsherd sowie einen Backofen.
Das Schlafzimmer ist ebenfalls mit einer Balkontür und einem passenden Verdunklungsrollo ausgestattet. Dazu gibt es einen Nachttischlampe mit einer integrierten Lademöglichkeit mit Handys und Earphones.

Es gibt einen schönen Balkon mit Blick auf den MDR-Turm von Leipzig. Das Bad ist mit einer Badewanne und einer Dusche sowie einem Waschtrockner ausgestattet.
Alles ist fussläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, wie zum Beispiel:

- 3min vom Bayrischen Bahnhof als S-Bahn Verbindung und

Das Nachtleben von Leipzig in der Südvorstadt beginnt nur 4min entfernt und erstreckt sich über 2km entlang der Karl-Liebknecht-Straße „die KARLI“ genannt.
