📝 DETAILS:

☯︎ Zeitraum: Idealerweise vom 2. Februar bis Mitte/Ende März, aber ich bin offen für kleinere Anpassungen.

☯︎ Kaution: Die Kaution beträgt 600 €. Sie wird bei ordnungsgemäßer Übergabe der Wohnung vollständig zurückerstattet.

☯︎ Ein helles Bad: Mit großer Dusche, Waschmaschine, und allem, was du brauchst.

☯︎ Eine voll ausgestattete Küche: Mit Heißluftfritteuse, Kaffeevollautomat, Mixer und Milchaufschäumer.

☯︎ Platz für dich: Ein kleines Ankleidezimmer und ausreichend Stauraum für deine Sachen.

☯︎ Lage: Nur 3-5 Minuten zur Bahn (Zoo, Lortzingstraße, Goerdelerring,HBF).

☯︎ Ruhige Hinterhauslage mit Fahrradstellplatz (mein Fahrrad kannst du optional mieten).

☯︎ Freundliche Nachbarn, ein sonniges Schlafzimmer zur Ostseite für entspannte Vormittage und elektrischen Jalousien für absolute Dunkelheit.

☯︎ Space for you: A small walk-in closet and plenty of storage for your belongings.

☯︎ Location: Just 3-5 minutes to tram stops (Zoo, Lortzingstraße, Goerdelerring, and 10 to central station).

☯︎ Quiet rear-building: easy bike storage (you can also rent my bike if needed).

☯︎ Friendly neighbors and sunny mornings: The east-facing bedroom ensures a bright start to your day & the electric blinds allow for complete darkness to sleep.
