MitbewohnerIn gesucht - Flatmate wanted

Unsere Multikulti-WG sucht nach einen/einer neuen Mitbewohner(in)!
Die Wohnung befindet sich 2 Gehminuten von der der Bim-Haltestelle Herz-Jesu Kirche in der Dürrnbergerstraße 12. Zu Fuß sind es ca. 10min bis zum Hauptbahnhof und 15min bis in die Innenstadt
Das Zimmer ist ca. 15m2 groß und würde 287,78€ (inkl. Strom, Gas, Internet+TV, Hausratsversicherung) kosten. Es ist hofseitig gelegen, man bekommt vom Verkehr also nichts mit. TV-Anschluss im Zimmer ist möglich und bei Bedarf würde ich auch Möbel da lassen!
Die WG besteht derzeit aus 8 Mitbewohnern, was evtl abschreckend klingen mag, aber überhaupt kein Problem ist. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 180m2 groß, besteht aus 6 Zimmern, 1 großen Wohnküche, 1 Abstellraum und insgesamt 3 Badezimmern. Über zu wenig Privatsphäre konnte ich mich nie beschweren!
Gemeinsame Abende (Kochen, gemütliches zusammen sitzen,etc) werden gerne verbracht, sind aber absolut keine Zwangsveranstaltung Emotikon wink

Our international flat is looking for a new flatmate.
The flat is 2min away from the tram station Herz-Jusu Kirche in Dürrnbergerstraße 12. By walk it takes about 10min to Hauptbahnhof and 15min to the city center.
The room is about 15m2 big and costs 287,78€ (including electricity, gas, internet+TV, household insurance). It is facing the yard, so you don't hear any traffic. I would leave some furniture in the room if you need!
Currently 8 people are living in the flat but which is really no problem, because all in all the flat has 180m2, 6 room,1 big living kitchen, 1 storeroom and 3 bathrooms. I had never problems with privacy!
We like to spend some evenings together (cooking, chilling, etc), but it's no rule. So if you don't want and you prefer to have your privacy and rest, everybody will respect it!!
