I am offering my lovely apartment in Plumer Street for rent. The apartment has 54sqm and two rooms so it could be occupied by a flatshare. It has parquet flooring except the kitchen which is tiled. The kitchen is completely furnished and has a dishwasher as well. The rest of the flat is unfurnished. The bathroom is about 8sqm and has a shower and a bathtub. The living room and the bedroom both have two large windows.
The location is perfect to me! The flat is located in Wavertree and you can find everything you need in the neighborhood. There are some supermarkets, some cafés, a Juicery and a pharmacy just around the corner. A few minutes away there is Waver Park, so you also have the opportunity to escape to nature. If you want to go to the city centre you can take the bicycle, it will take you about 14 mins. The public transports gets you there in 20 mins. You can reach the University of Liverpool in 15 minutes by tram and 9 minutes by bicycle.
