The room is furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, standing and hanging shelves. However, you could also bring your own furniture if you wanted.

The flat is set on the 1st floor (top floor) of a Victorian semi with its own garden with lawn, patio areas and a shed. Lounge, kitchen and bathroom are shared with two British professionals (1 male, 1 female).

To the front of the house there is a large bay fronted lounge, which gets loads of natural light and is lovely when the sun is out. The kitchen has plenty of space, with a table and chairs. The bathroom is simple and smart (white suite and window). The flat has wooden floors throughout, is a really homely place and we like to keep it clean and tidy.

There is also a washing machine, 8Meg Broadband connection, telephone line, central heating and a power shower.

Located within easy reach of the Bell Green and the ‘big Sainsbury’s’, grocery shopping is a cinch.
Lower Sydenham train station is just 5-10 min on foot, Forest Hill train station about 5-10 min on foot – both for regular services to London Bridge (10min), Charing Chross and Cannon Street. Sydenham station isn’t far either.
