The flat is a in good condition, the rooms are small but big enough. the kitchen is small as well and the bathroom is too. But size doesn't matter, eh?
other than the size the place is fantastic. My brother lived there for a few years now and he loved it. he is only moving because he is going abroad for work.
the location is great. the busstop is right in front of the building and across the street you can find a big park.
stores, pubs and all that good stuff are very close as well.
this apartment was used by my brother and his wife. Even though they do not have kids yet, it is also possible to live there with one or two children.
alternatively it would also be possible to rent this place as a group of friends. the rooms are all about the same size so a flat share would work out just fine.
