Ich biete meine Wohnung zeitlich befristet zur Untermiete an. Die Wohnung ist über einen separaten Eingang über eine Treppe erreichbar. Sie ist ca 38qm groß und umfasst 1,5 Zimmer, Küche, Bad. Die Küche ist neben Geschirr, Töpfen etc mit diversen Küchengeräten, Kühl- & Gefrierschrank, Herd, Ofen, Spühlmaschine ausgestattet. Eine Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Wohnung wird möbliert untervermietet. Das beinhaltet Bett (1,80m), Sofa, Couchtisch, Smart-TV, Esstisch, Schreibtisch etc. Im Innenhof befindet sich eine kleine private Terasse, die bei schönem Wetter mit Außenmöbeln genutzt werden kann.
Die Wohnung ist von März bis Ende Mai 2025 frei, genauen Beginn und Ende können wir einigermaßen flexibel vereinbaren.
I am offering my apartment for subletting for a limited period of time. The apartment is accessible via a separate entrance and stairs. It is approx. 38 square meters in size and comprises 1.5 rooms, kitchen, bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, pots etc., various kitchen appliances, fridge & freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher. A washing machine is also available. The apartment is sublet furnished. This includes bed (1.80m), sofa, coffee table, smart TV, dining table, desk etc. There is a small private terrace in the inner courtyard, which can be used with outdoor furniture when the weather is nice.
The apartment is available from March to the end of May 2025, we can arrange the exact start and end date reasonably flexibly.

Die Wohnung ist in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel gelegen. Die nächste ÖPNV-Haltestelle ist 4 Minuten, der Hauptbahnhof Lübeck in 10 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Edeka, Rewe, Lidl, Aldi sind in unter 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar. In 15 Minuten zu Fuß in der Innenstadt.
The apartment is located in a quiet residential area. The nearest public transport stop is 4 minutes away, Lübeck main station is 10 minutes away on foot. Edeka, Rewe, Lidl, Aldi can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes. The city center can be reached on foot in 15 minutes.

Desweiteren würde ich meine Pflanzen zur Pflege in der Wohnung lassen und würde mich über eine Person freuen, die ab und an mal gießt :)
Außerdem ist es mir Ordentlichkeit, Sauberkeit und ein pfleglicher Umgang mit meinen Möbeln sehr wichtig.
Schreib doch ein bisschen etwas über dich in deiner Nachricht, erwähne das Wort ‚‚Blume‘‘ und sende gerne noch ein Foto dazu!
Die Wohnung ist für eine / max. 2 Personen geeignet. In den 700€ Miete ist alles enthalten (wlan, strom etc.)!
Vorraussetzungen für die Vermietung sind ein persönliches Treffen, Schufa (solicitar ahora) & Gehaltsnachweis und die Hinterlegung der 500€ Kaution.

I would leave my plants in the apartment for maintenance and would be happy to have someone to water them from time to time :)
Furthermore, tidiness, cleanliness and careful handling of my furniture is very important to me.

The apartment is suitable for one / max. 2 persons. Everything is included in the 700€ rent (wifi, electricity etc.)!
Prerequisites for renting are a personal meeting, Schufa (solicitar ahora) & proof of salary and the deposit of 500€.
