Die Wohnung liegt im vierten Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses, ohne Aufzug. Die Nachbarn sind jung und nett.
Insgesamt gibts hier 60qm zu einem unschlagbaren Preis.
Es sind zwar zwei Zimmer, aber leider ist eins davon ein Durchgangszimmer daher als WG ungeeignet.
Balkon gibt’s auch und im Bad leider kein Fenster, aber eine Lüftung. Weitere Fotos folgen.
Erst mal nur zur Untermiete, aber wahrscheinlich werde ich die Wohnung kündigen.
Achtung: nicht für Paare geeignet, nicht WG geeignet.

60qm with balcony. You have to walk through one of the rooms to get out therefore is sharing the apartment not possible. More photos are on their way.
At first only subletting is possible but there is a high possibility to take over the apartment.
Not suitable for couples or as a shared flat.
