Beautiful, Well lit apartment in the middle of Mannheim.

The aprtment is spacious. There are 2 rooms in the aprtment. Your flatmate is Joris. He studies Mehcanical Engg and is often busy with his study and work. But you'll meet him often in the kitchen. He is a friendly guy and easy to make conversations wiht. The kitchen is very well equipped. There's a sufficiently large refrigirator, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster and everything you'll need. The bathroom is fairly large as well and it has a huge shower cubicle. My room was furnished by me and the furniture would have to be taken over for a fee. I'll leave a fairly large bed, a comfortable mattress, both are new. Along with a large, closet, a cabinet and an adjustable computer table.There's also a small bedside table that comes in handy from time to time. The windows are as large as doors, bu the shutter blinds are really effective in cutting out the light wehn needed. I would have stayed if I didn't have to move due to work reasons and I really enjoyed my stay here. The landlady prefers students, so feel free to drop me a text if you fit the description.
