Gemütliches Hause in Grevenbroich

Ich muss mein gemütliches Zuhause verlassen, da ich nach Heidelberg ziehe. Die Wohnung ist ca. 60 m² groß und hat typisch hohe Decken, wodurch sie noch geräumiger wirkt. Dank der Südseite ist die Wohnung sehr hell und sonnig. Eine Bushaltestelle ist nur 2 Minuten entfernt, und die Innenstadt erreichen Sie in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Vor dem Gebäude gibt es einen Parkplatz für ein Auto.

Die Wohnung ist ab dem erste April 2025 verfügbar.
Es gibt eine Fußbodenheizung.
Kann vor April verfügbar sein.

Sie ist zudem gut ausgestattet. Die Küche ist groß genug für gemeinsame Kochabende und Gäste. Zur Wohnung gehören Küchenschränke, ein Kühlschrank, drei Tische mit Stühlen, ein Couchtisch, ein Nachttisch, eine Konsole, ein Sofa, eine Matratze, ein großer Kleiderschrank, ein kleiner Kleiderschrank, ein Staubsauger und ein Fernseher. Ich kann all das für 1000€ überlassen. Zusätzlich lasse ich Teppiche, Teller, Besteck, eine Nachttischlampe und Töpfe da. Wenn Sie einziehen, ist also fast alles bereit.

I have to leave my cozy home because I am moving to Heidelberg. The apartment is approximately 60 m² and has typically high ceilings, which makes it feel even more spacious. Due to its location on the south side, the apartment is very bright and sunny. It is close to a bus stop, which you can reach in 2 minutes, and the city center is just a 10-minute walk away. There is a parking space in front of the building for one car.

The apartment is available from April 1st, 2025.
There is underfloor heating.

It is also well equipped. The kitchen is large enough for cooking evenings and for guests. The apartment includes kitchen cabinets, a refrigerator, three tables with chairs, a coffee table, a nightstand, a console, a sofa, a mattress, a large wardrobe, a small wardrobe, a vacuum cleaner, and a TV. I can leave all of these for €1000. In addition to the furniture, I will also leave carpets, plates, cutlery, a night lamp, and pots. So when you move in, almost everything will be ready for you.
