Wohnung ist klein aber super, hat eine Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, eine super Terasse und ist gut angebunden. lass uns gerne zoomen und ich zeige dir alles.

The apartment is small but really nice, I have a laundry machine, dishwasher. Really everything is there that you need. We can have a zoom call and I'll show you.
Die Lage ist der Hammer, S-Bahn ist direkt um die Ecke (ist aber leider recht unzuverlässig, U-Bahn wäre dann am Ostbahnhof, 5-10 min zu Fuß.
Sonst ist hier alles was man braucht fußläufig zu erreichen
Location is great, S-Bahn is close-by (but quite unreliable, U-Bahn is much more reliable and is about 5-10 min walk)
Other than that, you can walk to anything you need.
Du müsstest bitte meine Pflanzen gießen, haha. Sonst alles da, Internet natürlich auch. Fahrrad kannst du auch benutzen. Küche ist super ausgestattet.
Please water my plants, haha. Internet is available as well and you can use my bike if you want. Happy if someone can use the place while I am gone.
