This is perfect for a couple or siblings who get along witch each other.
The appartment is suitable for two persons and is fully furnished with a double bed, own kitchen just for you guys.

The bathroom is going to be shared with 1 girl from India and 1 guy from Turkey living on the same floor.
The house has a huge garden about 700m² which can be used as well - perfect for summer.
The rent of 1200€ includes all additional costs such as: Water, heating, electricity, internet and GEZ.
Registration is of course possible.
The room is available immediately, we are looking for someone who would like to move in from now to - 15.03

- Rooms are fully furnished with new furniture: double bed, desk and huge wardrobe (with clothes rail and cupboard shelves)
