Hallo Zusammen,
wir vermieten unsere voll möblierte 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in Perlach-Plaza (PEP-Einkaufszentrum ist direkt gegenüber). Wir sind für einen Monat und ein paar Tage länger im Ausland, so bieten wir die Mietzeit von 31.03.2025 bis 30.04.2025. Einzugs- und Auszugsdaten sind flexibel.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und hat Internet / WIFI Anschluss mit 500 mbps. Es handelt sich um eine Nichtraucherwohnung.
Durch die großen Fenstertüren ist die Wohnung sehr hell. Alle Fußböden sind mit Parkett ausgelegt. Im hellen Wohnzimmer gibt es ein ecke Schlafsofa, einen kleinen Bean-Bag, einen 55“ Fernseher, einen höhenverstellbaren Schreibtisch mit Bürostuhl und einige Pflanzen. Das Schlafzimmer besteht aus einem Bett (180*200) und einem 5-türigen Kleiderschrank, einem weiteren höhenverstellbaren Schreibtisch und einem Bürostuhl. Unsere persönlichen Sachen aus dem Kleiderschrank werden im Keller (der nicht vermietet ist) untergebracht, so dass genügend Raum vorhanden sein wird. Das Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne. Es gibt einen Waschmaschinenraum im Gebäude. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler, Wasserkocher, Geschirr und Besteck, etc.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der obersten Etage. Es gibt eine große Dachterrasse mit 360° Aussicht nur für die Bewohner des Gebäudes (siehe Fotos).

Hello everyone,
We are renting our fully-furnished 2-room apartment located in Perlach-Plaza (PEP shopping mall is just across the street). We are staying abroad for a month and few more days, thus offering the rental period from 31.03.2025 to 30.04.2025. Move-in/-out dates are flexible.
The apartment is fully furnished with 500 mbps high speed Internet / WIFI connection. It is a non-smoker apartment.
Because of the large window doors, the apartment is very bright. All the floors have parquet flooring. In the spacious living room, there is a L-shape sofa bed, small bean bag, 55” TV, height-adjustable working desk and office chair, and a few plants. The Bedroom consists of a bed (180*200) and a 5-door wardrobe, one more height-adjustable working desk and office chair. Our personal belongings from the wardrobe will be in the cellar (which is not rented out), so that there will be a sufficient space. The bathroom has a bathtub. There is a laundry room in the building. The kitchen is fully equipped along with, dishwasher, water kettle, crockery and cutlery, etc.
The apartment is on the topmost floor. There is big rooftop terrace with 360° scenic views only for the residents of the building (see photos).
Das Highlight dieser Wohnung ist, dass man direkt Zugang (UG) zu allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Perlach-Plaza hat (Lidl, Tegut-Supermarkt, türkischer Supermarkt CAN, Friseur, asiatische/indische/italienische Restaurants, Dönerladen, Lotto). Auch das FIT STAR Fitnessstudio, die Sparkasse, Cafés und Restaurants befinden sich direkt vor dem Gebäude. Auf der anderen Straßenseite befindet sich das berühmte PEP-Einkaufszentrum, wo man praktisch alles kaufen kann, inkl. Kaufland und Edeka. Jedes Wochenende sind auf der Freifläche unterhalb des Gebäudes frische Marktstände geöffnet.
Trotz all dieser Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist es angenehm ruhig. Insgesamt ist die Lage und die Stimmung in der Umgebung sehr lebendig und erfrischend. Es gibt auch einen großen Park 400 m hinter dem PEP-Einkaufszentrum.
Der U-Bahnhof Neuperlach Zentrum mit U5, U7, U8 Verbindungen ist nur 200 m entfernt (den man auch durch UG erreichen kann). Mit diesen kann man in 10-15 min die Stadtmitte oder den Hauptbahnhof erreichen. Es gibt auch viele Bushaltestellen mit den Buslinien 199, 198, 197, 196, 192, 139, 55, N79.

The best part of the apartment is that you have direct underground access to all the shops in the Perlach-Plaza (Lidl, Tegut supermarket, CAN Turkish supermarket, hair dresser, Asian/Indian/Italian restaurants, Döner shop, Lotto). Also, the FIT STAR gym, Sparkasse bank, Cafes and restaurants are just outside the building. Across the road, there is the famous PEP shopping mall, where you can buy practically everything incl. Kaufland and Edeka. Every weekend, fresh market stalls are open in the open area below the building.
Even though with all of these shopping facilities, it is comfortably quiet. Overall the location & the vibe of the neighborhood is very lively and mood refreshing. There is also a big park at 400 m behind the PEP shopping mall.
The U-Bahn station Neuperlach Zentrum with U5, U7, U8 connections is just 200 m walk (also has an underground access). You can reach city center or main station in 10-15 mins. There are also many bus stops with with bus route 199, 198, 197, 196, 192, 139, 55, N79.
