Timing flexible for possible early move in starting April 1.

- 1 living room with dining table, tv, sofa (converts into a bed)
- 1 bathroom with shower
- 1 mini kitchen with electric 4 burner stove, mini dishwasher (under sink)
- Small balcony with outdoor seating
- Laundry is not available in the flat; the machines downstairs in the basement takes coins for use
- There is an elevator, and the flat is on the 1st floor
- WiFi is included, with access to Apple TV/Netflix

Apartment Rules:
- Single occupancy ideal but couples okay. This sublet is not for roommates.
- No pets
- No parking available from the building; only street parking available.
- No smoking in the unit
- No parties/excessive noise after 10pm - this is a strict rule.
- A 500 EUR security deposit must be made when the lease is signed and keys are handed over; deposit will be returned after move out and confirmation of no damages.
