Desde que dejamos nuestras cosas personales en el apartamento, sólo alquilamos a gente 'decente' y 'tidy'. Si algo sale mal de nuevo, mantenemos la parte correspondiente del depósito. Esto sucede si el apartamento es corregido.

Wir würden uns über eine netten Zwischenmieterin/ einen netten Zwischenmieter sehr freuen. Die Wohnung liegt wirklich sehr klasse und eignet sich gut für einen Aufenthalt in München.

Gern stehen wir bei Fragen zur Wohnung und Umgebung zu Verfügung.

Leider muss ich das hier reinschreiben weil wir schon entsprechende, negative Erfahrungen gemacht haben:
Da wir unsere persönlichen Dinge in der Wohnung lassen vermieten wir nur an 'anständige' und 'ordentliche' Leute. Sollte wieder erwarten etwas Schiefgehen behalten wir den entsprechenden Teil der Kaution ein. Dies passiert auch, sollte die Wohnung ungereinigt zurückgegeben werden.
