subleting my apartment in Munich for February

I sublet my apartment for the month of February because I am planning to go travel.
It’s a very cozy flat, 46 square meters (kitchen, toilet, bedroom, living room, and a balcony) high ceilings, and a good hitting system.
It’s also full equipated with furniture and applications (washing machine, diswasher, vacum cleaner, fridge/freezer…)
It’s also very well located, in the neighborhood of Harras in Munich.
The price it’s 750€ warm (including: water, wifi, electricity).
It’s a very comfortable flat, placed in a very quiet quartier.
3 minutes from the flat there is a S-bhan stop called Mittlersendling that drives to the most commun parts of the city (Karlsplatz, Haupbhanhof, Isartor, Ostbhanhof…)
You also have Harras in a 10minute walk and from there is a key point for public transportation all around the city, buses and metro that can easly led you anywhere of Munich.
