Da ich für 1,5 Monate im Ausland bin, möchte ich meine Wohnung möbliert untervermieten.
Die Wohnung wird 1300 € pro Monat kosten.
Die Wohnung ist im 1. OG und hat ein Balkon, ein Wohnzimmer und ein Schlafzimmer. Das Wohnzimmer ist groß und man kann Homeoffice machen, auch mit jemanden anderen. Es gibt zwei Monitoren, zwei Stühle, ein Schreibtisch und ein Esstisch (den man auch als Schreibtisch nutzen könnte).

It is very central closed to the oktoberfest area.
Registration with KVR will not be possible
Die Wohnung ist außerdem in einer sehr ruhigen Lage und hat mehrere Bäckereien, mehrere Restaurants, einen Aldi, EDK, Lidl, Shopping Zentrum und ist in der Nähe von der Theriesewiese (2min). Die Ubahn Haltestelle U4 und U5 ist nur 4 min zu Fuß und Spahn (Hackbrücke) 10min zu Fuß (Tram und Busstationen sind auch in der Nähe)
Westend ist bekannt für viel Restaurant und ist ganz ruhig. Westpark kann auch in 15min zu Fuß erreichen. Also, die Lage von der Wohnung ist ganz zentral und gleichzeitig ganz ruhig.
Ich bin Freiberufler und arbeite immer aus der Wohnung, aber die Wohnung passt auch für ein Paar. Fernsehen hat Netflix, Amazon Prime, Youtube...
Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, eine kleine Spülmaschine in der Küche und natürlich ein Kühlschrank.
Monitoren in der Wohnzimmer werde ich lassen.
