ich bin berufsbedingt in der Regel 3 von 4 Wochen nicht in München.
Ich suche daher einen Mitbewohner, welcher ebenfalls nur zeitweise in München ist und mit dem ich mir die Wohnung teilen könnte. Idealerweise würde sich unsere Anwesenheit nicht überschneiden.
Die Wohnung ist vollständig möbliert (Küche, TV, Waschmaschine, Bett, Schrank etc.) und bietet 2-Zimmer mit Balkon in der Endetage der Wohnanlage. Für einen Einzug wird kein Mobiliar benötigt.
Die Untervermietung wird zunächst auf 1 Jahr befristet, kann jedoch ggfs. verlängert werden.
Bitte nur Anfragen von flexiblen Interessenten.
Die Anbindung erfolgt über die Haltestelle "Leonrodplatz".
