4. Stock ohne Aufzug, super angebunden mit Bus, Tram, U-Bahn (Herkomerplatz/ Effnerplatz / Arabellapark)
Super hohe Decken und besonders viele Fenster.
Es ist alles da inkl Handtücher und Bettzeug wenn du magst.
Hochwertige Ausstattung, daher lege ich Wert auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung.
