Fully furnished apartment for short-term rent in Maxvorstadt

Hello everyone! We will be away from our beautiful and centrally located apartment in Maxvorstadt for 3 weeks. It is located on Schellingstraße with the connection of Schleißheimer Straße.

I live here with my partner and we have carefully chosen every decoration piece, we love our apartment and hope to have someone who can appreciate it as much as we do!

The apartment is ideal for one or two persons. In the main bedroom we have a large bed for two people, a couch, a desktop to work, a big closet and a TV. In the living room, we have a big sofa bed, and the dinning area with 5 chairs. The kitchen has everything you might need, such as fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc.

It has 70m2, a large balcony, two bedrooms, WIFI, washing machine, dishwasher, and pretty much everything you need to live in it for 3 weeks.

Monthly rent is €1800, as this is 3 weeks, it would be €1350 for the 3 weeks (all inclusive).

We are away from 17.12.24 until 07.01.25
